The office in the West bank and Gaza

Since 1997, there is a country office for the West Bank/Gaza in East Jerusalem. A team of five persons runs the operations. This small office maintains an "organic" structure; although the incumbents have different areas of responsibility, they are acquainted with each other’s tasks and overlap their duties. Since this model of working has proved to be effective and cost-efficient, it would be interesting to use it in the other countries in the region. SCS is assessing the possibility of being present in Gaza from 2006.
