Regional Office

The regional office for the MENA region is situated in Beirut, Lebanon since 2000. It is responsible for:

Ø        reporting to the head office in Sweden,

Ø        coordinating and institutionalising knowledge and archiving material,

Ø        running the Lebanon programme,

Ø        assisting the other MENA country offices,

Ø        carrying out work in the other countries in the region,

Ø        assuming a lead role together with the regional working groups and the country offices, when building regional programmes.
